All Blacks Rugby World Cup Champions !
What a great tournament it has been. Central Motorways was heavily involved in the tournament as we hosted 1200 official FRENCH World Cup supporters. I know we all wanted our All Blacks to triumph over the French but I can tell you the 1200 revelers that we carried were a lot of fun, always in good spirits and were incredibly proud to have even reached the finals against our mighty All Blacks, and boy did they give us a run for our money!
And wasn’t it great to see so many overseas tourists out looking around our country. The amazing sights this country has to offer attract people from all over the world. We need to make sure we get out there and see them too. This made me think it is more important than ever to plan our Central Motorways Travel club tours, then make sure as many people as possible know about them and what a treat they can be.
Thank you to all those who came on our August Tour to the Bay of Islands. I have spoken to Doug and Karen and they said that they had a blast and that the groups this year really relaxing into their holidays. Also thank you to those who have written in with such kind words. The cards all go on display to remind us that the effort we put into developing these tours really is really appreciated by those who come along.
Now remember if you know of anyone that you think would love to receive our newsletters and itineraries just give us a call (0800 487 488) with their details and we will get something in the post to them. Everyone loves getting mail!
Most of our regular travelers will already know about our next Top of the South Autumn Gold Tour 2012. We have almost sold out one coach and are now taking bookings for our second coach. This support is amazing and reiterates that we must be getting these tours right and that you are all loving coming along. Remember there are still places left so get in contact as soon as you can and get your name down for this great tour.
We have specifically positioned the tour just after Easter but before ANZAC day, from Wednesday the 11th of April to Wednesday the 18th of April, so you can meet your commitments on these important public holidays, yet still sneak away for a fun filled holiday in between.
The highlight of course being the stunning Nelson region. As this picturesque area doesn’t sit onNew Zealand’s State Highway 1 too often it’s missed as we travel up and down the length of the country. This is the exact reason that we feel it is important that we get you off our country’s “Main Road” and into one ofNew Zealand’s most beautiful areas. And it’s no coincidence that we put this tour on in April as the autumn colours turn the foliage into every colour you can imagine as we tour around.
Some of you are not long home from your annual pilgrimage into the North Island but we want to let you know that we are now deep into planning for our August 2012 tour to the East Cape of the North Island. From the twin cities of Napier and Hastings with the worlds largest concentrations of Art Deco buildings, to the small culturally rich communities that feature on the East Cape. This region of our country is truly a spectacular corner of New Zealand.
To register your interest for this always popular tour again just ring and let us know.
So once again if you think that you would like to come along with us in April we would love to have you. Give us a call on 0800 487 488, Ashley or Fay will take your details then all you need to do is start looking forward to great scenery, great friends and a great time
Yours faithfully
